Cảm Biến Tốc Độ Vòng Quay - Digital Belt Speed Sensor

Thiết bị cảm biến theo dõi tốc độ vòng quay, tốc độ băng tải Ramsey giúp theo dõi hoạt động của thiết bị quay hay băng tải nhằm theo dõi hiệu suất và độ an toàn của hoạt động.

 

Một trong những biện pháp an toàn trong rất nhiều ứng dụng công nghiệp được sử dụng tại Việt Nam.

 

 

Các mẫu mã và thông số của thiết bị cảm biến tốc độ vòng quay:

 

Mẫu 61-12N được sử dụng cho tốc độ từ 0 đến 350 RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ) và cung cấp đầu ra của máy trực tiếp đến bộ tổng để hoạt động tốc độ cao.

 

Mẫu 61-12C được sử dụng cho tốc độ từ 20 đến 200 RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ) và cung cấp đầu ra của máy trực tiếp đến bộ tổng để hoạt động tốc độ cao.

 

Mẫu 60-12F được sử dụng cho tốc độ từ 3 đến 30 RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ).

 

Mẫu 60-12G được sử dụng cho tốc độ từ 10 đến 200 RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ).

 

Mẫu 60-12ENC được sử dụng cho tốc độ 0 đến 200 RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ) và có bộ mã hóa 500 xung cho mỗi vòng quay bên trong, thường được sử dụng trên các ứng dụng có  RPM ( vòng quay/ phút ) chậm.

 

 

Models 61-12N, 61-12C, 60-12F, and 60-12ENC Speed Sensors must be attached to a pulley shaft which turns at true conveyor belt speed. Normally, the tail pulley shaft or a snubbing roll shaft satisfies this requirement. In installations where the tail pulley or snubbing roll shaft is not accessible, an additional pulley must be installed specifically for the speed sensor.

 

• 61-12N is used for speeds from 0 to 350 RPM and supplies the output of the generator directly to the totalizer for high speed operation.
• 61-12C is used for speeds from 20 to 200 RPM and supplies the output of the generator directly to the totalizer for high speed operation.
• 60-12F is used for speeds from 3 to 30 RPM.
• 60-12G is used for speeds from 10 to 200 RPM.
• 60-12ENC is used for speeds 0 to 200 RPM and has a 500 pulse per revolution encoder inside, typically is used on slow RPM applications.
• 60-15UB is an under-belt mounted jockey wheel type speed sensor used where a shaft mount isn’t available.
